2. Acceptable Use of the Service

The Client agrees not to use Zelora's services to host, distribute or promote illegal, offensive content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.

• Sending spam or carrying out DDoS attacks is not permitted.
• Any malicious activity will be the sole legal responsibility of the Client.

3. Payments and Renewals

All services are billed in advance. Non-payment on the agreed dates may lead to immediate suspension or permanent deletion of the contracted service.

4. Intellectual Property

Zelora displays visual content related to popular video games for illustrative purposes only. We do not claim ownership of such content; all rights belong to their respective owners.

All original website content (logos, texts, design) is the property of Zelora and its reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By contracting Zelora's services, the user expressly consents to the start of service provision and acknowledges that, as a consequence, they waive their right of withdrawal due to the digital and immediate nature of the service provision (server activation, storage, etc.).

6. Modifications

Zelora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this website and will be notified at least 7 days in advance in the event of significant changes.
