Zelora uses cookies to improve your experience on our website and, where applicable, analyze its use. Non-essential cookies will only be installed where there is a valid legal basis and, where required, after you have provided your consent.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They may be used to enable the technical operation of the website, remember certain preferences, or collect information about browsing activity.
2. Types of Cookies We Use
Our website may use the following types of cookies:
- Technical cookies: These are necessary for the basic operation of the website and allow users to access essential features. These cookies do not require consent when they are used exclusively to provide a service requested by the user.
- Analytics cookies: These allow us to obtain statistics about website usage and understand how visitors interact with different pages and features. Where their use requires consent, they will not be installed until the user has provided consent.
- Third-party cookies: Certain third-party features or services may use their own cookies. Their use is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective providers and, where applicable, the user's consent.
3. Cookie Management
You can accept, reject, or configure non-essential cookies through the settings panel available on our website. The options to accept and reject non-essential cookies will be presented with comparable accessibility.
You can also change your browser's cookie settings. Disabling certain technical cookies may affect the functionality of parts of the website.
Where the processing of personal data through cookies is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time for future processing.
Your choice is kept until you change it or clear your browser data. You can review it at any time via the “Cookie settings” option in the footer.
Before you choose, only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are used; no optional cookie is installed without your decision.
4. Third-Party Cookies
When we use third-party services, such as analytics tools, these providers may process certain browsing-related data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
Up-to-date information about the cookies and technologies used, including their purpose, provider and duration, is provided in section 5 and in the settings panel.
5. Cookies and technologies used on this site
As of the last update, this site uses only the following items:
- ZELORA_LOCALE (technical cookie, first party): Remembers your language preference so the site is shown in Spanish or English. It lasts for the browser session.
- Consent record (local storage, not a cookie): Stores your cookie choice so we do not ask again. It remains until you delete it.
- Configurator drafts (local storage): They store your configuration in progress so you do not lose it on reload. They expire after 14 days.
- Language notice (session storage): Prevents repeating the language notice during your visit. It disappears when the tab is closed.
- Administration area session (operators only): It keeps Zelora's internal panel session open. It lasts 8 hours and does not affect visitors.
The analytics and third-party categories in the settings panel currently have no active provider. If one were added, this table would be updated before it goes live.
